Torca - Onboarding

Improving the onboarding process for new customers.

Problem

Torca provides accounts for individuals and businesses, each with their own needs and priorities but they all need to share a main account holder - an individual who manages the account - in order for them to work. This onboarding needs to be as dynamic as possible and take the minor toll on the user as possible.

My role

I worked, as the only product designer, closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure each step in the process was compliant and aligned with the product needs. Also worked with the support team in order to cover known pain points in the journey.

Result

A much more cohesive onboarding process, with less cognitive load and less prone to errors on the user side.
